Terms & Conditions
1. The deadline for the contest starts on September 1st, 2011 and ends on January 10th, 2012 (23:59 local time).
2. Eligibility to participate has Everyone, with the restriction to participate ONLY Once.
3. The draw will take place on Thursday, January 12th of 2012 and on time 17:00 (local time), online via draw system (random.org) where all participants they have been placed.
4. After the close of participations on January 11th, 2012, all participants will get a Unique code which will represent them in the draw.
5. Link will be posted for the live streaming of the draw, few days before the draw.
6. The Winner of Contest will be informed via Email and by Phone call at his information stated by his participation.
7. For the case which Winner is not interested or he has a problem, in the draw, will be drawn and a 2nd Runner-up Winner.
8. The prize of the competition DOESN'T exchanged, DOESN'T transferred and DOESN'T cash out in money.
9. The prize of the grand competition is Construction of a Website for Personal use or Company (static, WITHOUT Content Restrictions) and can't be an Electronic Store (Eshop) or a Social Networking website.
10. We reserve the right to cancel a participation if deemed that comes from a fake account or has participate another time.
11. Valid are participations in which participants declared their details truly and with accuracy.
12. In case of which some of the declared information is inaccurate, the participation be canceled.
13. The procedure of participating in the contest is wholly FREE of charge.
14. Collecting of content which will be in the Winner's Website (Photoes, Texts, Video etc) is clearly obligation of the Winner.
15. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend temporarily this contest in case where in case where occur technical or other problems which can harm the integrity of the competition.
16. We reserve the right to change current terms, without any restriction, with or without notification, at our sole discretion.
17. Participating in this Contest, EQUALS total agreement from Participants, of all current terms and conditions.
