    • Planning & organizing weekly tasks of Performance team
    • Reporting/Monitoring of all clients' accounts executed by team as well team’s productivity is always high
    • Mentoring/Training of the internal teams (Sales & Performance) on a regular basis
    • Develop the skills & knowledge of team through mentoring, supervision and feedback on performance
    • Delegate team members' tasks effectively, ensuring an acceptable workload for each team member
